NICK & NORA BIO:

    Nick and Nora were born March 30, 1997 in Austin, around the corner and down the street from Jan & Elmer. Their mother is a small, sleek black cat barely out of her teens, at that time, when she was seduced by a "traveling man about town" tom-cat who soon left. Elmer and Jan adopted the eight-week old kittens. One brother went to live with the friend of a friend and another brother stayed home with Mom. Now as young adult cats - Nick weighs 14.2 lbs. and Nora weighs 9.5 they bring intrigue, fascination and many laughs to the Grape household. They have been immortalized at kittens by appearing in Midnight Louie's Pet Detective Book in a story titled "Kittens Take Detection 101." Since the character kittens of Nick and Nora live with the Jenny Gordon, P.I. character, it's quite likely they will be seen in print again in the future.
